Sorry did not reply to last post- (thankyou all for the lovely comments and well wishes) unfortunately it was chickenpox :( I was covered and felt very ill- it was only yesterday they started to scab over and feeling much better (apart from my chest it still hurts) Been a hell of a week but....
Finished new elf hat! :) it first of all looked like this:
Now rolled the brim abit and sewn it up and it now looks like this:
What you think? Might add a button on the side? Also think putting xmas paper in background helps :P
Hope can get a good amount of hats in before December... Also really need to get going with the insurance (as one dont cover clothes..)
I have also looked at potential designs for business cards (hence change of colour for now on this blog) - will post a preview when done and thought about a facebook page (will probably put up in October/November to mark two years blogging?)
Lots to think of and doubt again has set in about the fair... grr but will keep going and see how far I get if not will sell on etsy or facebook etc...
Not long before we move too!!!

Love the elf hat, it has turned out so well and such fun for Christmas, I would add a button as would then look jaunty.
