WIP
So I have a few projects on the go now!
- 1st is the knitted petal doll- she now has clothes on! Just the hat and features left to do so she is nearly done :) Missing abit of the pattern so will miss out the sleeves. Very happy with how she is turning out. she has two colour skirt that are petal like shape.
Here she is so far:
- 2nd is the big knit 2014- I have finished the 1st hat, just needs a bobble! Am thinking of knitting a few then put bobbles on....
- 3rd project is my 1st sock monkey :P been meaning to try it for ages ever since MIL got sock craft stuff for me last year as a present. There are many patterns but kind of used my own initiative (and pinterest mixed in)- just have the ears, eyes and other arm to finish off (and tidy him up) but not bad for 1st attempt eh? Need practise on hand sewing but could sell these with my dolls..........
So busy week and hope to make 1st batch of fudge soon. Busy!

Lovely projects, am looking forward to seeing the finished doll, and having a go at hat knitting myself.
ReplyDeleteI love the sock monkey, a friend sent me a pattern to make one almost a year ago and it's still on my to do list! Must get round to having a go, they are so cute!

ReplyDeleteSock monkey is really cute. My children said I was not allowed to knit on the beach this year, but I did sneak quite a bit of car knitting in.
