This week has been another "one of those weeks" havnt done much craft as wanted to as no energy! But me and jess did bake another cake :P this time strawberry and choc chip! (Starting to get into a routine of sunday night baking with jess- she picks what we put inside too)
I did get to do some quick drawings again using tutorials (apart from upsy daisy)... need to learn somehow :) need to let go of the perfectionism and thinking my drawings are not as good as others!

Sorry a short one today as nothing else to show :( been busy at work and bsl exam prep while feeling ill (awaiting a gut biposy- anyone had this done via endoscope?) bit nervous about it!
Need to get back into knitting the blankets and scarf!

ReplyDeleteLovely drawings especially your swan. By adding just a little value you created form making her look more realistic. Keep up the good work. I always tell my students never to compare themself to other artists. The only thing they should compare is how much they improved from their last drawing. :)

ReplyDeleteWhat a yummy looking cake! Baking is a real feel good activity isn't it :) Love your sketches too, i definitely think that drawing is one of those things that you learn just from doing as much of it as you can.
